Overview

The Post Graduate Program in Management (PGPM MBA) is a two year dual degree integrated management programme spread across 4 semesters. The programme focuses on developing practical intelligence in leadership, teamwork, organizational behaviour, people management, national and global economics, digital and traditional marketing, and more while offering hands-on experience in project management.

By the second year, i.e. the 3rd semester, the students gain an opportunity to choose a domain to specialize in - between Finance, Marketing, and Human Resources management. The PGPM MBA programme with Aeren Business School also offers a unique opportunity of gaining global and domestic business exposure through international study tours, industry visits, expert-led conferences and seminars. The trainees then are put through practical-intensive project work and internships so that they can try and test their observations and learnings first-hand and learn from their experiences.

The PGPM MBA programme, the full form of which is Post Graduate Programme in Management and MBA is delivered through a framework that imparts career-essential knowledge through an excellent blend of widely known management theories paired with opportunities to imbibe their lessons in practicality.

By the end of the 2 year / 4 semestered programme, our students evolve into industry-demanaded, well-rounded professionals ready to face and solve global management challenges.

Admission Requirements

Eligibility
  • 50% in Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
  • Students in their final year of graduation may apply.
  • Students must appear for at least one national level exam like CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, MH-CET, NMAT, or ATMA.
Documents Required
  • 10th, 12th and Graduation mark sheets (previous year if you are a final year student).
  • Copies of national level exam scorecard directly submitted on selection process date if you are applying before declaration.
